As Managing Director and founder of Conroy Security (formerly Barcon Security), Dennis started the company in 2007 to meet increasing demand to use his expertise to solve client security problems. He has more than three decades of security management experience including establishing 24hour control rooms and managing guard operations.
Dennis is ‘hands-on’ within all aspects of his business – often working on the job, alongside his respected team of security professionals.
Lilliann is a director and founder of Conroy Security (formerly Barcon Security) and has an extensive background in retail management. Holding management roles with large retail chain stores, Lilliann gained a wealth of first-hand experience in the complex challenges of security in retail environments.
In 2013, Lilliann joined the company as Operations Director. She is involved in all facets of the security operation and remains ‘hands-on’ through regularly taking on night time patrols as required.
Assistant Operations Manager
Aaron has been involved in the security industry for the last 20 years. He started his professional security career involved in a variety of duties including close protection, cash in transit and site security. As site supervisor for the America’s Cup Village, he managed anywhere from 15 – 40 officers.
Starting with Conroy Security (formerly Barcon Security) in 2016 as a Night Manager, Aaron brings strong industry experience to his current role as Assistant Operations Manager.
James joined Conroy Security (formerly Barcon Security) in 2008 as a casual employee after making a change of career into security. James rapidly proved to the company that he had the potential to become a member of the management team.
In 2012 when the company established its first Mobile Patrol Division, James was the first mobile patrol security officer. From there, James has progressed through supervisory, training and managerial positions, to his current role of Night Manager.
